Built in the 50s of the 20th century, Bina Cultural Centre was essentially repaired by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Reconstruction at the Centre started in 2007 and, in 2010, the repair works were completed. On December 28, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva attended the inauguration of the Cultural Centre in Bina settlement.

Located in a two-storied building, the Centre occupies an area of 2425 m². A chess and art study groups are functioning on the ground floor. Carpet-weaving, dance and other study groups are also intended to be functioning at the Centre in future.

Given the need for a new music school in the settlement, conditions have been created at the  Centre to ensure the operation of music school No.24. The music school located on the first floor  features 20 classrooms, a teachers’ room and other administrative rooms. A literature fund  with about 14 thousand books has been created at the Centre. The Centre has also an assembly hall with 156 seats.

The surrounding area has been improved and greenery laid out.
