War against Azerbaijan: Targeting Cultural Heritage
In October 2007, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan published the book “War Against
Azerbaijan: Targeting Cultural Heritage” from the series of “The True Facts
about Garabagh”. Published in English, the book talks of the policy of
vandalism purposefully pursued by aggressor Armenia against the Azerbaijani
culture, our material and spiritual heritage, and its bitter consequences.
Articles and illustrations describing the religious architectural heritage of the Caucasian Albanians, previous and present-day condition of historical and cultural monuments in the districts of Azerbaijan occupied by Armenia and in the territory of Armenia have been collected.
The book includes a multimedia disk and a DVD. Website www.war-culture.az was created in connection with the publication.
