A Bridge of Cultures
The publication “A Bridge of Cultures” was prepared by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Pontifical Commission for Sacred Archaeology and the Embassy of Azerbaijan at the Holy See. The first copy of the book was presented in 2025.
The book provides information about the history of relations between Azerbaijan and Vatican, the role of National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s first official visit to Vatican in 1997, cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Holy See, as well as mutual official visits aiming at broadening the dialogue between cultures and religions. The book also underscored the significance of the projects implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Vatican since 2012.
