On the eve of every school year, new secondary schools are constructed and old ones are capitally repaired in Azerbaijani-populated regions of Georgia on the initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. This noble tradition was continued and this year.New secondary schools were opened several days ago in Dashlygullar and Jafarli villages of Bolnisi district, Kvemo Kartli-Borchaly region.

The solemn opening ceremony of the 3rd Uzeyir Hajybeyli International Music Festival organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation was held at the Muslum Magomayev Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall, September 18.The Festival is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the restoration of the state independence of Azerbaijan.
