Construction of individual houses has been commenced in Salyan for 150 families with housing problems at the initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The new dwelling area is located at block called Plastik. Heydar Aliyev Foundation has published ‘Gabusname’, the popular book in a number of Eastern countries, in Russian.Dedicated to the important aspects of upbringing and ethics the book is rich of wise advices. Written in 1082-1083 by Keykavus, head of the state of Gilan in South Azerbaijan, ‘Gabusname’ was a handbook in Middle Ages for rulers, figures of religion and science.
