The Child Academy of Baku Oxford School in Shamkir

The Child Academy of Baku Oxford School in Shamkir has been built following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative. Construction works started in May 2012. In June 2013, the construction works were completed. On Septemder 10, 2013, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Child Academy.

All conditions have been created at the Academy - designed for 80 children - to make sure that children spend their leisure times efficiently. Children to the Academy, which operates based on a special program, are admitted from the age 2. Here, children will go through a training process based on the world-famous “Kiddie Academy” education program. Being taught in over 65 countries, this program is one of the education programs used in leading schools.

The Academy has four bedrooms, and an art-studio for children showing interest to art.
