Kindergarten No.212 in Shaghan settlement

The building where Kindergarten No.212 in Shaghan settlement, Khazar district, of Baku was located has operated since 1940. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation carried out construction of a new building for the kindergarten on the territory, from late 2019 to August 2020.

Consisting of two stories, the kindergarten is meant for 100 children, with 4 groups operating here. The kindergarten accommodates sleeping rooms for infants, as well as for middle, large and preschool training groups, also play rooms, a buffet and a canteen.

There are also assembly and sports halls, a green terrace, a football and basketball areas for children’s rest and entertainment, a climbing wall to ensure children’s physical development, a planting area for their contact with nature, as well as a creativity room for children’s development at the kindergarten. There are also working and methodology rooms for teachers in the building.
