Israeli audiologists paying visit to Azerbaijan

Israeli audiologists are paying visit to Azerbaijan due to support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Embassy of Israel to Baku and Israeli NGO ‘Tsiondan eye’. 

Within the visit to last by August 23 hearing impaired persons in Baku and regions will be examined and given hearing devices costing $250.000. The Israeli specialists will also arrange professional trainings for local experts. During trainings detailed information will be provided on hearing rehabilitation, innovation in hearing devices, use of modern hearing devices. 

In frame of the visit, first aid experts of Israel’s humanitarian organization ‘David’s red star’ will hold 5-day training-workshops on first aid for volunteers of Azerbaijan Golden Crescent Society.

In the meeting held August 17 at the administrative building of Hospital No.1 on start of trainings Chief of the Health Ministry’s International Relations Department Samir Abdullayev, Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhael Lavon-Lotem and members of Israeli delegation noted relations between Azerbaijan and Israel intensively develop in various spheres, including healthcare and humanitarian field.

According to them, delegation of Azerbaijani medical employees will in the near future visit Israel to strengthen mutual cooperation.

Then, training-workshop started.
