Delegation of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Turkey held scientific conference ‘Turkey-Azerbaijan Relations and Heydar Aliyev’ at the hall of Izmir Municipality on the occasion of June 15 – National Salvation Day.
Participants honored national leader of Azerbaijani people, genius of Turkic world Heydar Aliyev to the minute of silence first.

Head of Delegation of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Turkey Samir Jafarov, Deputy Governor of Izmir Mehmet Erdogan, representative of Azeri students in Izmir Javid Aliyev congratulated the attendees on National Salvation Day, talked of salvation mission of the great leader before the people of Azerbaijan, efforts he made for the future of Turkey and Azerbaijan he called ‘one nation, two states’.
In the seminar held at the conference Turkish political scientists and scholars gave lectures.

Delegate of Aegean University Turkic World Studies Institute, associate professor Ali Erol made lecture on painful consequences of the Daghlig Garabagh conflict, employee of Izmir Governorship Fadyl Unal spoke of Heydar Aliyev’s Izmir trip and his meeting with the great leader.
