Inauguration of the project “Heydar Aliyev Water Supply” in Pakistan is the focus of attention of the country’s press

Inauguration of the project “Heydar Aliyev Water Supply” constructed with the support of Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and the International Agency for Support to Development operating under the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Tank District  of Ismail Khan Area of Pakistan is the focus of attention of the Pakistani press. 

Country’s English-language newspapers “The News”, “Pakistan Observer”, “Daily Times”, “Pakistan in the world”, Urdu-language newspapers “Express”, “Daily Pardez”, “Ausaf”, “DNA” Information Agency and “Diplomatic Star” magazine and other mass media have published articles about this ceremony.

A series of humanitarian support programmes implemented at Mehriban Aliyeva’s initiative and with her support in the spheres of healthcare and education are emphasized in the articles, and regular actions carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in regions of Pakistan suffering from terror and those with poor economy are highly appreciated. The press writes that tens of thousands of people will be provided with drinking water due to implementation of the project “Heydar Aliyev Water Supply”.
