An event is held in Astrakhan to mark the 91st anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev and 10th jubilee of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation
On May 10, an event was held in Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation on the occasion of the 91st anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev and 10th jubilee of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
The event was attended by a delegation from Baku’s Narimanov district Executive Administration, Astrakhan Regional Administration, representatives of Diasporas of Azerbaijan and other countries functioning here, Azerbaijani students studying at higher schools, as well as representatives of the public.
Attendees of the event visited the monument to the national leader erected in the park named after Heydar Aliyev in the city of Astrakhan.
At the ceremony, which continued in Secondary School No.11 named after Heydar Aliyev, speakers talked about the life and activity of the national leader.
