CD dedicated to the large-scale humanitarian activities of President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva presented

CD comprised of musical composition ‘The kind daughter of the people’ dedicated to the large-scale humanitarian activities of Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, the President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, was presented, 30 December.

Information on the musical composition was provided in the event held at the International Press Center as part of project ‘Support to the national and moral progress’ of ‘Envoy of mercy’ magazine.

Then, CD consisted of musical composition ‘The kind daughter of the people’ was presented.

The attendees warmly welcomed the musical composition reflecting Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva’s actions in the protection of the national and moral values and the formation of the young mugham performers.

The winners of the I and II mugham contests performed the musical composition composed by People’s Artists Zamig Aliyev to the lyrics by Honor Figure of Art Kemale Aghayeva and Taghy Sadig. Parts of 7 major mughams of Azerbaijan are skillfully presented in 5-minute video.

Ombudsman of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleimanova, Chairman of New Azerbaijan Party Yasamal District Office, Professor Fikret Ismailov, Academician Teymur Bunyadov and others mentioned the exceptional contributions Mehriban Aliyeva gives to the promotion of mugham worldwide, highly valued the musical composition.
