The Baku Marathon will start at the State Flag Square at 10 a.m. on May 3, to finish on the territory of Sea Breeze.

The route of the 9th Baku Marathon:

The State Flag Square – the Seaside Boulevard – the Baku International Seaport – Neftchiler Avenue – the Baku White City Boulevard – 8th November Avenue – Yusif Safarov Street – Heydar Aliyev Avenue – Great Silkway Street – Muzaffar Narimanov Street – Ziya Bunyadov Avenue – Boeyukshor – Pirshaghy Highway – Bilgah-Pirshaghy Highway – Sea Breeze.

Those wishing to participate in the marathon may get registered through the website www.marathon.az, or at registration stations set at 28 Mall, Deniz Mall and Ganjlik Mall trade centres until April 25. For students, registration is free of charge.

At Baku Marathon-2026, Azercell being the primary sponsor, men and women participants will compete for the first three places. Winners in both the categories will be rewarded with monetary prizes and presents, as well as medals and certificates.
