As part of the project, gazelles were brought from Shirvan National Park to Ajynohur-Saryja plains, Bozdagh Range, Mil Plain and Gobustan-Jengichay territory.

Intensive works were done according to the project to study and settle existing problems, assure water and feed supply, to set up and equip quick anti-poacher groups to strengthen gazelle population, regularly hold monitoring within the project territory, take necessary biotechnical measures, provide ecological enlightenment to population in the territory and around. Special information boards, which contain information on prohibition of gazelle hunting, were placed along roads and near habitats.

The project will stimulate the strengthening of protection of gazelles, expansion of their habitats and restoration of the natural habitat that existed for centuries.
