Heydar Aliyev Foundation has published ‘Gabusname’, the popular book in a number of Eastern countries, in Russian.Dedicated to the important aspects of upbringing and ethics the book is rich of wise advices. Written in 1082-1083 by Keykavus, head of the state of Gilan in South Azerbaijan, ‘Gabusname’ was a handbook in Middle Ages for rulers, figures of religion and science.
